i need patience. lots and lots of patience. i'm not sure if i've been really stressed lately but i've been really moody and hot-headed these past few days. i try to calm myself at times by just being alone, or watching tv or just by being quiet. i try not to talk to anyone when i feel this way but i easily get so annoyed when someone tries to talk to me especially here at home. i don't know why and i can't understand. i know that people around me shouldn't suffer my complete not-so-nice attitude and sudden burst of anger at times. but i find it so hard to be calm. maybe writing it down and reading it for myslef can help me. maybe. i just want to try.

if it doesn't, then i don't know what else to do right now.

is it that i'm missing doing some things? or missing some people in my life? am i looking for more? i'd like to think that stress is the only reason. i certainly hope that's just it.

i need someone to talk to?

you'll never know if you haven't been in my place. this ain't some kind of natural, normal thing that's happening to me. to me or to you?

getting there. hoping there is.
